Job Description :
We are an IT company catering web design, development services to our global clients. We are looking for a Business Developer Executive who is capable to generate quality lead and support account management. The candidate must be experienced in various BD Activities such as bidding on various platforms, cold calling, lead generations, networking. This is an opportunity to work with extremely talented, fun, passionate and high character people in our organization.

• Generating and qualifying business leads and opportunities primarily in the web design and development services
• Preparing and implementing sales action plans and strategies.
• Lead generation through Bidding on different platforms
• Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
• Handling junior Business Development personnel who will be bidding for jobs on Common platforms such as Upwork / Elance, etc.
• Explaining Client’s Requirements to the Technical Teams for the initial feasibility analysis.
• Performs feasibility analysis, scope projects, and works with the project management team to prioritize deliverables, and negotiate on product functionalities.
• Provides analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretation.
• Participates in Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functionality Testing will be an added advantage.
Skills And Qualifications
• Post-Graduation MBA
• Graduation in any field (Preferred B.Tech)
• 2-3 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in the IT Industry
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker
• Clear annunciation and communication in English
• Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy
• Proven experience in customer relationship management
• A strong understanding of social media marketing: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google +.
